When you create an account or use Fluxmall Exchange, we collect the following categories of information:

Your data is used exclusively to operate, secure, and improve the Fluxmall Exchange platform. Specific uses include:
- Creating and managing your account and investment plans
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and earnings payouts via Paystack
- Sending transaction confirmations, OTP codes, and security alerts
- Calculating and crediting referral rewards and commissions
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity
- Complying with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations
- Providing customer support and responding to disputes
- Sending platform updates and promotional communications (with opt-out)
We process your data on the legal bases of contractual necessity (to provide our services), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications).
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Who we share your data with and why
We share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Paystack — Payment processing, deposit and withdrawal settlement. Paystack has its own Privacy Policy and is bound by CBN regulations.
- Email Service Providers — For transactional emails (OTP, confirmations, receipts). Only your email address is shared.
- Cloud Hosting Providers — Your data is stored on servers within or compliant with Nigerian data protection standards.
- Law Enforcement / Regulators — Where legally required under Nigerian law, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
All third-party partners are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the specific purpose disclosed.
4. Cookies & Tracking
How we use cookies and local storage
Fluxmall Exchange uses cookies and browser local storage for the following purposes:
- Session cookies — To keep you logged in securely during your visit
- Preference storage — To remember your theme choice (dark/light mode)
- Analytics — Anonymised usage data to improve platform performance
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings; this will log you out of your session.

6. Security
How we protect your data
We take the security of your data seriously. Our measures include:

- Bcrypt password hashing — your password is never stored in plain text
- OTP-based verification for password resets and sensitive account actions
- Session tokens with expiry and secure HTTP-only cookies
- Regular security audits and bot detection on all forms
- Admin access controls with audit logs
Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.
7. Data Retention
How long we keep your information
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law:
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of the account plus 2 years after closure
- Transaction records: retained for 5 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations
- Communications: retained for 12 months from the date of the communication
- Log data: retained for 90 days then automatically deleted
1. Eligibility
Who can register and use the platform
To use Fluxmall Exchange, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of Nigeria or a country where the platform is not legally restricted
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from Fluxmall Exchange
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.
2. Platform Use & Accounts
Rules governing account registration and usage
- Each user is permitted to register one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
- You must notify us immediately at support@fluxmall.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Account credentials must not be shared with or sold to any third party.
- You agree to keep your email address and contact details current and accurate.
- Profile information must represent yourself accurately — impersonation of any person or entity is strictly prohibited.
3. Investment Plans & Earnings
How plans, returns, and rewards work
- Investment plans are subject to the specific terms, durations, and return rates displayed at the time of subscription.
- Plan terms (return rates, duration, minimum amounts) may be updated by the platform at any time with 7 days notice to active subscribers.
- Earnings accrue as stated per plan. Fluxmall Exchange does not guarantee any specific return beyond what is explicitly stated in an active plan.
- Referral bonuses are credited upon successful registration and first deposit by the referred user.
- The platform reserves the right to withhold or reverse earnings if fraudulent activity is detected on an account.
- Daily check-in rewards, spin bonuses, and promotional rewards are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.
- Fluxmall Exchange is not a licensed bank or regulated securities dealer. Investment activities on this platform are conducted under our own internal framework.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Rules governing all financial transactions
- All deposits and withdrawals are processed via Paystack, subject to Paystack's own terms and processing times.
- Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the platform and subject to change.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to bank processing, public holidays, or security reviews.
- Fluxmall Exchange does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or Paystack may apply their own charges.
- All transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
- You are responsible for providing correct bank account details. Fluxmall Exchange is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account due to user error.
- Deposits made via fraudulent means (stolen cards, fraudulent bank transfers) will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the EFCC or relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated fraudulently will result in permanent account ban and potential legal action.
5. E-Commerce & Marketplace
Rules for buying and selling on the platform
- Vendors must register and have their listings approved before products are listed publicly.
- All products listed must be legal, accurately described, and available for delivery in Nigeria.
- Fluxmall Exchange acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of third-party vendor products.
- Disputes between buyers and vendors must be raised with our support team within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
- Refunds for marketplace purchases are subject to the individual vendor's return policy and Fluxmall Exchange's dispute resolution process.
- Counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or items that infringe intellectual property rights must not be listed and will result in immediate vendor suspension.
6. Prohibited Activities
Actions that will result in suspension or legal action
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fluxmall Exchange:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral systems, bonuses, or promotions
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any criminal activity
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Fluxmall Exchange staff
- Exploiting bugs or loopholes to gain unauthorised financial advantages
- Engaging in pump-and-dump schemes or coordinated manipulation of platform features
- Selling or transferring your account to another person
- Using the platform if you are a minor or are acting on behalf of a minor
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
The extent of Fluxmall Exchange's legal responsibility
Fluxmall Exchange shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, earnings, or investment returns beyond what is explicitly guaranteed in an active plan
- Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
- Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
- Third-party payment processing delays or failures (Paystack, bank systems)
- Force majeure events including government actions, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or natural disasters
- Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate
Our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination & Suspension
When and how accounts may be closed
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.
- Fluxmall Exchange may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms.
- Suspended accounts will receive a notice via email explaining the reason and any available appeal process.
- Accounts with a confirmed zero balance and no activity for 12 consecutive months may be archived.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data is retained as per our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Any dispute arising from your use of Fluxmall Exchange shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
- Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Nigerian court.
10. Changes to These Terms
How we notify you of updates
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date
- Send an email notification to your registered email address
- Display a prominent notice on the platform dashboard for 7 days
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
